Transform from a passenger into a confident coastal cruiser in just five days. Our immersive Sailing Camp is designed for those who want a focused, hands-on learning experience. By combining ASA 101 (Basic Keelboat) and ASA 103 (Basic Coastal Cruising), you’ll gain the skills to day-sail in familiar waters and transition to larger cruising boats with inboard engines.
Students may also add an optional Intro to Sailing session during checkout. This half-day course (12:30–4:30pm) takes place the afternoon before ASA 101 and offers extra hands-on practice with knots, terminology, and basic boat handling—ideal for those wanting extra time with the basics or anyone looking for a more relaxed start.

Wondering what happened to ASA 102? It’s an optional course designed for smaller boats and racing-style skills, which isn’t the primary focus of our cruising-based program. Because we train mostly on larger cruising vessels, ASA 102 isn’t part of our standard lineup—though Captain Clay is certified to teach it and can offer it by request.
