As the owner of a fleet of charter vessels, I know exactly how much work is involved in properly maintaining a vessel. It is incredibly easy to miss deadlines for regular maintenance items, potentially leading to costly repairs. Over the years, we have developed rigorous systems for managing our own vessels. Now, we are offering these exact systems and services to our clients.

We have found, over the years that simply handing over a maintenance document detailing what needs to be done and at what intervals leads to overwhelm for the owner and missed deadlines. Our Vessel Maintenance Program is designed to eliminate that problem and keep your vessel in tip-top shape. That means your boat is ready for you to use, and you are actively protecting your investment from the expensive repair costs that result from deferred maintenance.

Our Vessel Maintenance Program

We map your vessel's unique systems onto our master calendar with an integrated spreadsheet. We handle the heavy lifting of tracking schedules, ordering parts, and scheduling services for zincs, impellers, rigging, and mechanical services.

As part of this program, we perform monthly onboard checkups of your vessel. We physically step aboard once a month to:

• inspect your bilges

• check battery voltages

• check engine oil, belt tension, transmission oil and coolant levels

• inspect raw water strainers

If anything requires attention, we catch it before it turns into a problem.

Pricing

Following a maintenance audit of your vessel, we will provide a quote tailored to your boat's size and systems. The program is billed on a monthly basis throughout the year, and you can cancel at any time.
